Cancellations:
To make our ordering process most efficient, our teams are prepared to accommodate your changing preferences. In case of cancellations, we require a minimum of 24 hours of cancellation.
In some, but not all cases, it may be possible for us to offer full or partial store credit for a future purchase in an event of a cancellation. Amount of potential store credit depends on how much work has already been done on the cancelled order.
All cancellations have 10% cancellation charges in the event a refund is requested. In case of store credits, we offer 100% value of the order as a gift card to customers so you can come back to us when you are ready to place an order.
Returns/Refunds & Exchanges:
In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your Isher's treats, please let us know about the problem within 24 hours of purchasing your product. Replacements, Full or partial refunds and store credit are decided on a case-by-case basis, but our goal is always to have you leave happy.
If we have made a genuine mistake (the product was not made correctly), we will certainly make it right. We are not able to offer refunds in cases where the product was baked and decorated correctly, but a flavor or texture didn't meet a personal preference. Most people love our flavors, but it's impossible to predict everyone's particular taste preferences. If something has gone wrong, please let us know right away!

To be eligible for refund, we require to be notified within 24 hours of purchasing the product. Full or partial refunds and store credit are decided on a case-by-case basis, but our goal is always to have you leave happy.
We will notify you once we have assessed your request and advise on its outcome.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us by calling your relevant branch.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon collection and inform us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
For health and safety reasons, food items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as cakes & savoury), custom products (such as custom order cakes).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept refund requests on sale items or gift cards.
Exceptions / non-refundable items
Cancellations of orders with pickup dates lesser than 24 hours are not eligible for a refund.
Rescheduling of orders:
The pickup time of Pre-order cakes (other than Custom cakes) can be rescheduled with a maximum of 48 hours' notice to its original schedule time.
Custom cakes orders can be rescheduled with a maximum of 4 days' notice to its original schedule time
Isher reserves the right to accept or decline a reschedule request upon reviewing on a case-by-case basis.
Store Credits
Our store credits are issued in the form of gift cards. These gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and are for a single use only.
